E-Book Sales Are Like Snowballs

[caption id="attachment_1114" align="aligncenter" width="490" caption="Keep That Snowball Rollin'"][/caption]

I thought it would be good to post my current sales totals since I started writing and self-publishing a year ago. I'll admit, these numbers don't look too great, but a positive sign is that I have sold more ebooks each month than the previous month since January.

Hopefully, these numbers keep rolling like a snowball downhill. Two factors come into play to help me accomplish continued growth:

  1. I need to keep writing and publishing more material.

  2. People who read my stuff need to like it so that they buy more of my ebooks and tell others about them.

Is that happening now? I think it is to a degree, and I think it will continue to do so in the future.

The numbers below show paid and unpaid sales. Paid sales are just that—sales that people other than myself bought. Unpaid sales refer to sales that were free by coupon, giveaways, or gifting by myself to an individual.

  • Total Paid Sales: 52

  • Total Unpaid Sales: 36

  • Total Paid Sales of the Miscorrection series: 37

  • Total Unpaid Sales of the Miscorrection series: 34

I'll post an update again next month with the current sales numbers. It will be interesting to see how these numbers grow over the coming months and how much of a snowball effect they will see.

If you've purchased any of my e-books, I'd like to thank you now for your support and allowing me to entertain you. I really appreciate it!
