After much hard work and writing, the first of the last three stories in book one of the Miscorrection series is coming out!
I am happy to announce the release date for Panacea will be May 3, 2011.
Why this date?
A year ago, I started the Miscorrection series with Sunrise. It was the beginning of my career into writing. Since then, I've come a long way in what I learned about writing, storytelling, marketing, and more. Sunrise released on May 3, 2010, and so I thought it would be proper to release Panacea on that anniversary date.
After Panacea, stories five and six of book one will be hot on its heels. They will be released on June 3, 2011 and July 3, 2011 respectively. Also, Panacea and story five will contain a teaser for the next released story. This will be something to hold you over until the next release.
Now, here are a couple of juicy tidbits:
First, when I send the story to Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Smashwords, I do it before the release date. Depending on each of those services, it is highly likely that Panacea will be available to read on May 2, 2011 or even as early as May 1, 2011. If that is the case, more power to you. You'll get to read it earlier!
Second, for the first day of the official release, you can get Pancea for free! On release day, I will post a Smashwords coupon code on The Time Capsule to get the free e-book. Please note that I will only post the coupon code here. The Facebook page and my Twitter feed will not give you the code. So be sure to check back here on May 3, 2011 so you do not miss this opportunity.
Of course, don't forget to share this information with your friends. When the code goes live, spread the word via Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, and whatever other means you have to share. This is a one day only promotion.
In the coming weeks, you can look forward to a post showing the cover art for Panacea and an excerpt from the beginning of the e-book. And, if all goes well, a review by The Scattering before the release.
It's definitely an exciting time for me, and I hope you, too, as we lead up to finale of book one!
